What we collect

When you book a consultation, we collect what you put in the form: your name, phone number, email if you give it, and details about your coach, A/C units and what matters most to you.

Like most websites, we also collect basic visit data, such as pages viewed, device type and the ad or link that brought you here.

How we use it

We use your details to call you about your consultation and to size and quote your system. We use visit data to see how the site is working and whether our ads reach the right people.

We do not sell your information. We do not send text blasts.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. These tools use cookies and similar technology, and may record that you visited this site or requested a consultation. They do not receive what you typed into the form.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings. Most browsers also let you block cookies.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the service providers that help us run this site and handle your request, such as our hosting, form and customer management tools. We also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation details as long as we need them to serve you and to keep our business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Children

This site is for adults who own or are shopping for a motorhome. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
